Change Communications
Big changes require thoughtful communication, both internally and externally. I work with clients to think through the impacts of leadership and/or organizational changes, and support them in communicating effectively to staff, community, donors, and other stakeholders all along the way.

Media Training
In a rapidly changing media landscape, it can feel hard to know exactly what to say, how to say it, or who to say it to. Media training provides the opportunity to review and tighten up talking points, practice interviewing in a variety of formats, get 1:1 coaching to build your confidence delivering a message, and walk away feeling ready for your next big interview!

My role as a coach — unlike a consultant, who is there to advise you as to the best course of action — is to help you to access what you already know is right. I help you to navigate through the noise, consider key questions, and confidently decide for yourself how to proceed.
